Terms and Conditions

Cancellation / Refunds Policy:

Please keep in mind that there are cancellation fees and 50% of the course fee is immediately non-refundable upon booking. Bookings cancelled less than TWO weeks before the training course are non-refundable.

Any changes to your course booking or training dates require at least TWO weeks written notice either by phone or email at info@cmmedicalacademy.com.

We are unable to reschedule or relocate any training course bookings that are less than TWO weeks away from the course date.

If we are forced to cancel a course due to an event beyond our control, such as an Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgency, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood, or any other natural or man-made occurrence, we will offer you the option to reschedule your training course booking to a later date. In such cases, any requests to cancel a course booking would be subject to our standard cancellation policies.

Any training date or location is subject to change or cancellation. If this is necessary, our staff will contact delegates immediately and arrange for a new training date. We do not accept responsibility for any delegates’ travel or lodging expenses.

We reserve the right to cancel course bookings or remove delegates who we believe are disruptive, defamatory, or impeding our courses.

All courses must be booked and used within 12 months of purchase.

After three months of purchasing a course(s), all courses are non-refundable.

Training Course Bookings:

Payment is due at the time of reservation. We do not store credit card information and do not share customer information with any third parties.

Upon completion of the course, a certificate of completion will be issued.

Training course models will be provided for educational purposes. Delegates are not required to bring their own models. On the day of the course, delegates will share the consultation and treatment plan for each model holistically to reinforce a team learning exercise and allow for interactive practical sessions. To provide variety in the theory and practical sessions, each course may have a different trainer.

While we make every effort to provide a complete list of models for each training course, we cannot guarantee models for every single treatment area and will not be held liable if models are missing due to unforeseen circumstances.

The company will provide food; please notify us of any special dietary needs a week before the course so that we can meet your needs.

Please keep in mind that any delegates who arrive late to the course may not be able to participate or be certified.

We accept no responsibility for any travel or hotel/accommodation expenses incurred by delegates attending our courses.

All delegates will receive course aftercare and support, as well as assistance in finding employment through our affiliations with aesthetic recruitment agencies. We do not, however, guarantee employment for all delegates because we are primarily a training provider rather than a recruitment firm.

In the United Kingdom, the aesthetic industry is currently unregulated. Our curriculum, like that of many other authorised training providers, has been evaluated and approved by cosmetic indemnity providers who provide recognition and authorization of indemnity. With this status, we cannot be held liable if: • the guidelines change; or • there are additional requirements for future qualification that Derma Medical’s training structure does not meet.

Online Training Videos:

For experienced aesthetic practitioners who have already attended face-to-face courses, our online training videos are recommended.

Delegates will have access to videos via our website for 12 months after purchasing. After this period, access can be renewed for a repeat purchase fee.

Our online training video orders are non-refundable.

Photography:

We request that delegates in any of our training sessions abstain from taking pictures or videos. The before and after pictures you take for your training portfolio belong to CM London Medical and should only be included in your training documentation. Delegates are not permitted to use these photos on their websites, social media accounts, or professional portfolios.

CM London Medical may take pictures on the training day to use for marketing purposes and on our website and social media pages. At the beginning of the day, upon completing the course registration, all attendees will be prompted to select “opt-in.” Please let the course coordinator know on the day if you do not want to be photographed as part of the requirement, and move away from any areas where pictures are being taken. You have the legal right to request that any photo of you be taken down from our website and social media accounts at any time if you decide to change your mind. If you would like a picture of yourself removed or if you have any concerns, please email info@cmmedicalacademy.com.
