Platelet Rich Plasma (PR) has been around for many years, but made very popular when Kim Kardashian confessed her secret skincare regime including ‘The Vampire Facial’ i.e., PRP.

PRP is a process of extracting plasma from your own blood which is then re injected back into a particular target area, which then utilises the body’s own growth factors to repair and rejuvenate depending on where this plasma has been placed. Once this plasma is injected into the skin, many growth factors are released to stimulate soft tissue regeneration for skin rejuvenation and hair loss.

This is a superior add on treatment for skin care especially when combined with either Botox®, Dermal Fillers, Skin Boosters, Microneedling etc. This is also a very lucrative treatment as all products are used directly from the client.

We can now take this one step further using Biofiller, which is an advanced plasmotherapy treatment. Biofiller is an extension to the PRP process by taking the same blood to make plasma gel which has similar characteristics to HA Dermal Filler.
