Foundation Botox and Dermal Fillers is a wonderful first step in beginning your aesthetics career, by allowing you to grasp a feel for a range of the most requested treatments in the world of non-surgical aesthetics.

This course lays the groundwork for your aesthetics journey as you learn about correct Botox® dosages, facial anatomy, injection techniques and the dos and don’ts to be a great injector. You will also learn about Dermal Fillers with respect to facial anatomy, complications, candidate selection, blood vessels, Dermal Filler types and volumes and injection techniques.

This 1-day course day begins with lectures covering the theory behind: the skin, facial muscular anatomy, patient consultations and discussions, choosing the right treatment and candidate selection, prevention vs cure, dilutions for selected Botox® treatment areas, Dermal Filler techniques etc.

You will then have a break with food/refreshments followed by hands on experience injecting everything learned in the morning on models. Practicing on models will be very focused ensuring that your confidence in drawing landmarks, avoiding danger zones and blood vessels, needle techniques etc are above and beyond industry standards.

This 1-day course module focuses on the upper facial thirds treating the forehead lines, frown lines and crows feet using Botox®, treating the lips, Nasolabial Folds, Cheeks and Marionettes using HA Dermal Fillers.

By the end of this course, you will have understanding of the facial anatomy, be confident in foundation Botox® and Dermal Fillers and eager to begin your aesthetics career/business for the most commonly requested treatment areas.
